Our compost is made right here on our homestead using a blend of natural materials produced around the farm, including:
Garden greens and plant trimmings
Chicken bedding
Quail manure
Chicken manure
Duck manure
Pig manure
Cow manure
River sand from our aviaries
Nutrient-rich pond sediment
Our compost is produced using a two-bay composting system, with each bay left to mature for atleast 6 months before being used. During this time, the materials naturally break down. It’s ideal for improving soil structure, increasing water retention and adding organic matter to your garden.
Because it’s made from natural farm materials, every batch is slightly unique, but every batch follows the same principle: nothing goes to waste.
