Description
Oregano is a strongly aromatic herb with a warm, savoury flavour. It is brilliant with tomatoes, pizza, pasta, roast vegetables and meat.
Fresh oregano has a bright flavour, while dried oregano becomes stronger and more concentrated.
Oregano Tomatoes
Ingredients
2 tomatoes
Fresh oregano
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Method
Slice the tomatoes and place them on a tray.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped oregano.
Season and roast at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
