Description
Radishes are fast-growing root vegetables with a crisp texture and fresh peppery bite.
They’re wonderful raw in salads, sliced onto sandwiches or roasted for a much milder flavour.
Butter Roasted Radishes
Ingredients
1 bunch radishes
1 tablespoon butter
Salt
Black pepper
Method
Cut the radishes in half.
Melt the butter and toss with the radishes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roast at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
Tammy’s tip: Roasting radishes takes away much of their peppery bite.
