Description
Figs are soft, sweet fruits with delicate skin and a naturally jammy centre filled with tiny edible seeds.
They can be eaten fresh, roasted, dried, made into jam or served with cheese. Fresh figs are surprisingly versatile and work in both sweet and savoury dishes.
A little tip: Figs are delicate once ripe. Pick them gently and use them quickly.
